Paula Hansen

Paula Ann Hansen age 73 of Norfolk, Nebraska and formerly of Coleridge died on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 at Faith Regional Hospital in Norfolk.

No funeral services are being planned at this time.  Burial of her cremated remains will be at Lawn Ridge Cemetery in Coleridge, Nebraska.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Wintz Funeral Home in Coleridge.

Paula Ann was born on September 13, 1948 in Lemont, Pennsylvania to Donald William Martin and Mary Ellen (Shuey) Peck.  She grew up in Coleridge and graduated from Coleridge High School in 1966.  She owned and operated her beauty salon “Paula’s Beauty Salon” in Coleridge.  Paula married Fredrick Charles Hansen on May 27, 1967 in Coleridge, Nebraska.  In 1985 she and Fred began trucking – which they did for 30 years.

Paula was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Coleridge.

Paula is survived by her husband Fred of Norfolk; a daughter Deitra (Darin) Hoesing of Coleridge; two granddaughters Ashley and Rochelle Hoesing of Coleridge; a brother Ty (Vickie) Peck of Palmdale, CA; a sister Jeanie (Art) Bender of North Sioux City, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her parents Donald and Mary Ellen Peck.
